Users provide us with required and optional Personally Identifiable Information as indicated on the Site’s registration forms to register as a member of the Site and become no longer anonymous to us. As a normal course of business, VFM stores but does not use any personal information entered about Contacts by Users for any reason other than for Users to utilize the Site and Services as intended. For instance, Users may input personal information from their Contacts in order to store, track, upload and use that information for their business purposes such as email communications, mailing services, client services and data and file storage.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. You are solely responsible to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you grant access to other Users of your Account, they will have access to your Contacts personal information through the normal operation of the Site.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Any payment or financial information collected by you through the Site is for subscription and Services billing purposes only. This information is not used by VFM for marketing or promotional purposes. VFM uses a third-party intermediary (Stripe) as the processor of the credit card transaction. This processor is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided for anything other than the sole purpose of processing the credit card.
